Mark R. Khalifé

Having spent more than 22 years as an executive working for investors to set up and scale their companies in Europe and the Middle East, Mark finally decided to take that experience and launch his own boutique advisory firm, sharing his extensive network, knowledge, and experience, building structured companies from the ground up, for his clients.

His expertise is in creating new companies or guiding current ones in developing a stronger foundation of communication, strategy, policies, procedures, and systems and the synergy of how it connects the different entities and teams in the company. Without that, a healthy expansion will take longer or not happen at all.

He is a member of The Corporate Governance Institute, an ICA Specialist in Corporate Governance with the International Compliance Association, an approved Senior Industry Advisor with The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and a mentor with the Founders Institute.
